How to set your wishlist to public
- Click on your name in the upper right and go to your profile
- Click "Edit Profile"
- Open "Privacy Settings"
- Make sure "My Profile" and "Game Details" are set to public
How to find your Steam ID
- Click on your name in the upper right and open "Account Details"
- Your Steam ID can be found right below the headline
- Copy your Steam ID
